Graphite Electrodes are a proven way to lower melting and refining costs. We
supply three grades of electrodes, including UHP, to EAF melting furnaces,
LMF ladle melt furnaces, foundry arc furnaces, slag refining operations and
holding furnaces throughout North America.
Manufacturing of MBI Graphite Electrodes takes place at
modern electrode plans that have achieved ISO 9002 certification. Quality
controls in place at the factories, combined with our own quality
inspections, insure that each electrode meets our customers' individual and
specific requirements.

NEMA-Compliant and Custom Machining
All electrodes supplied by MBI Graphite are machined to
NEMA standards. In addition, we offer custom machining to meet individual
customer requirements. Electrode diameters, lengths and pin/socket sizing
can be custom-manufactured.
JIT Distribution
To provide our customers with "Just in Time" delivery
and insure continuously flowing supply chain, we maintains a large
inventory of MBI Graphite Electrodes at warehouses strategically located
throughout the United States. As required, we can provide local stocking
programs or other custom programs designed to reduce customer inventory
costs.
